FM177 Sketch with Leaves

This week we had a special guest at the Friday Mashup.

Heidi's 7 year old daughter came up with the sketch and challenge this week!!! I think she did a fantastic job and I LOVE her sketch!!!

1. Create a project using the "Sketch".
2. Create a project with "Leaves".

3. or Mash it Up! and create a project with "Leaves using the Sketch".

To get the dual coloring on the sentiment i first inked my stamp with Crushed Curry, then I lightly rolled the edges of the stamp in the Tangerine Tango ink. It is called the "Rock and Roll" technique.

Although it took some time I love how the fussy cutting turned out on the maple leafs.

To color my pearls I used the dark Daffodil Delight Blendabilties marker.

I think adding the Top Note Die and stamp inside the card make it even more special!

Stampset: Another Thank You, Magnificent Maple, French Foliage
Paper: Cajun Craze, Tangerine Tango, Garden Green, Very Vanilla,
Ink: Cajun Craze, Tangerine Tango, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight Blendabilities
Bigshot: On Film Framelits
Tools: Marker Spritzer

  1. Another card that rocks the challenge! I'm probably sounding like a broken record but I am loving the green, again it really makes the rest of the colors pop!
